This article is great. I had been trying just to find articles that address a different specific role but this article has every role. It has tons of information for each role as well as steps and ways to take action if you become one of the roles. The authors view point is that the author thinks that bullying needs but understands that not everyone knows what to do when that situation comes. The author also understands the logic of each role. So for those who don't know what to do, her purpose is to inform her audience about bullying and how to be proactive. The main idea is obviously bullying (that didn't really take a lot of thinking!)
